Jeffrey L. Smith, P.Eng, Q.C., has over 35 years of experience in business law and litigation. He has conducted trials at all levels of court in Alberta and argued cases in the Court of Appeal, before administrative tribunals and arbitrators.

In addition to his legal expertise, Jeff is a professional engineer with a background in civil engineering, giving him an informed perspective in building and construction disputes. He completed Arbitration I and II at the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society. With his deep understanding of process and evidence law, he brings a logical, thoughtful and well-reasoned approach to his arbitration practice.
